This information may include your name, email address, and payment method details (processed by our payment partners, Cashfree for UPI and CCPayment for crypto).

We use the information we collect to operate our platform, facilitate digital escrow transactions, provide customer service (including via our AI agents), and communicate with you about products, services, and offers.

We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. All passwords are hashed using bcrypt, and sessions are secured via industry standards.

We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to process payments or comply with the law. When you purchase a product, the vendor does not see your personal payment details, only the transaction status and order ID.
