By accessing and using CheapMarket, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

CheapMarket acts as an escrow agent for all transactions. Funds are held until the buyer verifies the digital good is working as described, or for a maximum of 24 hours. After this period, funds are automatically released to the seller.

Refunds are only issued if the provided digital key or account is invalid, non-functional, or significantly not as described. Buyers must report issues within the 24-hour escrow period. Our automated AI agents will attempt to verify the claim before issuing a refund.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to notify CheapMarket immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
